Duggan is a projected starter for the 2026-27 Eagles, according to Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.
Analysis:Boston College will be Duggan's third team, considering he was enrolled at both the College of Charleston and Campbell. For the latter during his 2024-25 season, he broke out, averaging 15.7 points. Even though his CofC rate is much lower, he regularly started while healthy. Thus, it would be unsurprising if BC's team continues the trend.
