Alonso finished 19th in the Belgian Grand Prix F1 race at Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps on Sunday.
Analysis:The Aston Martin remains the least competitive car on the grid, though Alonso did continue to outperform teammate Lance Stroll. Also positive was that Alonso finished his third consecutive race, a vast improvement from the car troubles that plagued him early in the season. Aston Martin is expected to implement significant upgrades for the Hungarian Grand Prix, perhaps giving Alonso his best chance for points of the season.
